Manuscript Withdrawal
Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted manuscripts, as doing so wastes valuable resources—specifically the significant time editors and reviewers have invested in processing the submission, as well as the effort invested by the publisher.
If an author requests the withdrawal of a manuscript while it is still undergoing peer review, they will be required to pay a withdrawal fee of IDR 750,000 per manuscript to the publisher. Regardless, withdrawing a manuscript that has already been submitted to a journal is considered unethical.
For manuscript withdrawals requested after acceptance for publication, the author will be required to pay a fee of IDR 1,000,000 per manuscript. Withdrawal is permitted only after the fee has been paid in full to the publisher. If the author refuses to pay the fee, the author and their affiliated institution(s) will be blacklisted from publishing with CV NALAR. Furthermore, any of their previously published articles will be removed from our online system.
The work is distributed under a license.
